Anne Hathaway is pregnant with her third child. The Academy Award-winning actor, 43, made the announcement in an Instagram video she posted Friday. In the clip, set to Barbara Lewis’ “Baby, I’m Yours,” Hathaway walks into the frame wearing a white gown and holding her belly. She then reveals her baby bump with a smile before placing her hands on her belly once more and walking out of the frame. “x Baby, I’m yours x,” she captioned the video. A representative for Hathaway has not replied to TODAY.com’s request for comment. Hathaway and husband Adam Shulman, who married in 2012, share two sons, Jonathan, 10, and Jack, 6. While announcing her pregnancy with Jack on Instagram, Hathaway alluded to her struggles with infertility. “For everyone going through infertility and conception hell, please know it was not a straight line to either of my pregnancies. Sending you extra love,” she wrote. Hathaway revealed in 2024 that she had experienced a miscarriage. “It’s really hard to want something so much and to wonder if you’re doing something wrong,” she told Vanity Fair. She has previously spoken about her fertility struggles before Jack was born. “I think that we have a very one-size-fits-all approach to getting pregnant,” she told The Associated Press in 2019. “You get pregnant and for the majority of cases, this is a really happy time.” “But a lot of people who are trying to get pregnant, that’s not really the story. Or that’s one part of the story. And the steps that lead up to that part of the story are really painful and very isolating and full of self-doubt. And I went through that.” Hathaway has had a busy 2026, with the release of “Mother Mary” and “The Devil Wears Prada 2.” She is also set to appear in the high-profile films “The Odyssey,” which premieres July 17, and “The End of Oak Street,” scheduled for release on Aug. 14.
